One could be mistaken for thinking they had landed in the middle of historic Prague while dining at this quaint restaurant-cum-bar. Established in 2004, Prague Czech Beer Restaurant serves authentic Czechoslovakian fare, coupled with an excellent range of Czech beers and spirits. Housed within an 1893 Potts Point terrace, the ambience is decidedly European, with sandstone walls, wooden floors and arched windows. The owners spent two years renovating the space to produce a true Czechoslovakian dining space - in Sydney. Try the potato pancakes served with sauerkraut, the beef goulash with bread dumplings or the utopenci (marinated Czech-style sausages) washed down with a Gambrinus, Pilsner Urquell or Kozel.
